* 1 garbage container – up to one ton (delivery and pick-up) * Facilitate and co-ordinate all trades needed to liquidate the home in a timely and orderly fashion. * Recycle where possible and be environmentally friendly * Consultation with client(s) &/or family members on which items will be dispersed &/or taken to the new home. (where applicable) * Helping the client with space planning of furniture in their new home (where applicable)- Up to 2 hours
